STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood:
That Mr. C. B. Westerman, Clerical employe in the office of Auditor of Freight Accounts at Tyler Texas, be restored to service with seniority and vacation rights unimpaired and compensated for wage loss suffered from September 2, 1955, or date removed, until he is restored.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of November 20, 1956, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
