BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS,
FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
GULF, COLORADO AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim of the System Committee of the
Brotherhood that:
(1) Carrier violated the current Clerks' Agreement at Temple,
Texas, between the hours of 6:00 P. M. and 9:00 P. M. on September
25, October 2 and 9, 1955; and,
(2) J. F. Bowden shall now be paid three (3) hours at time and
one-half at rate of $15.39 per day for September 25, 1955; and
(3) Gus wauer shall now be paid three (3) hours at time and
one-half at rate of $15.39 per day for each day, October 2 and 9,
1955.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parts by the complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of January 10,
1957, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary
of the
Third Division, requesting withdrawal of this case from further
consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
