STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen of America on the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad Company that:

Signalman E. L. Cornnell was entitled to holiday pay in addition to the time and one-half already paid for working Thursday, November 24, 1955, (Thanksgiving Day) and that he qualified for the additional pay by working on Monday, November 28, 1955, which was his next regular work day of big work week.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of bearing thereon, and upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:

That the carrier and the employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

That this Div·'sion of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein;

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party; and

That hearing thereon has been held but not concluded. Under date of July 5, 1957 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
