STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of Joint Council Dining Car Employees Local 516 on the property of Great Northern Railway Company for and on behalf of Robert Howelton, waiter, that he be restored to service of Carrier's dining car department with seniority and vacation rights unimpaired and that he be compensated for all time lost account Carrier's discharging claimant in violation of efective agreement.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of July 18, 1967, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
