STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of the Order of Railroad Telegraphers that on Sunday, February 28, 1954, the position of Printer operator was abolished on Sundays only. We ask that Operators W. E. Chebatoris and W. L. Fouts be restored to their original positions and compensated for any loss in pay or expense incurred, and any employes displaced by them also be reimbursed for loss in pay and restored to their positions plus any expense incurred. That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of November 27, 1957, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted,
