CENTRAL OF GEORGIA RAILWAY COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim of the General Committee of The Order
of Railroad Telegraphers on the Central of Georgia Railway, that:
1. Carrier violated the Agreement on December 30, 1958 when it
required or permitted Engineer Ryals on Train No. 29 to "OS" his
train passing McIntyre, Georgia, and Conductor Rutherford on Train
No. 34 to "OS" his train passing Mile Post 143.
2. Carrier shall compensate Mrs. M. W. Wickliffe, Agent.
Operator, McIntyre, Georgia, for one call for the above violation.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of November 24, 1958, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the
Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which
request is hereby granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
