CENTRAL OF GEORGIA RAILWAY COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim of the General Committee of The
Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Central of Georgia Railway that:
1. Carrier violated the terms of the Agreement when on February 13, February 17, February 26 and March 19, 1957 it required or
permitted the train crew of Train No. 34, employes not covered by
the Agreement, to carry train orders from Tennille, Georgia and deliver said train orders to Train No. 49 at Wadley, Georgia.
2. Carrier shall compensate F. C. Glover, agent-operator, Wadley, Georgia, for one call, two hours at overtime rate for each date
enumerated in paragraph 1 when the violation occurred.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That hearing thereon was waived by the parties. Under date of November
24, 1958, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request
is hereby granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
