CENTRAL OF GEORGIA RAILWAY COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim of the General Committee of The
Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Central of Georgia Railway, that:
Carrier violated the terms of the Agreement when it failed to
compensate Mrs. Louise A. Boney, telegrapher-operator at "YD" for
ten days sick leave pay for period June 16 through June 29, 1957.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That hearing thereon was waived by the parties. Under date of November
24, 1958, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request
is hereby granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
