STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the Order of Railroad Telegraphers that the Agreement was violated when General Foreman White, was called to perform Agent's service at Red Key, Indiana on May 19, 1953. Agent J. C. Snyder is entitled to be paid a call and overtime for any work performed by General Foreman White that should have been taken care of by the Agent having jurisdiction over Red Key, Indiana.
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of August 13, 1959, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
