PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS,
FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
WABASH RAILROAD COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the
Brotherhood that:
(1) Carrier violated the rules of the Schedule for Clerks
when on June 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 16, 19, 20, 21 and 12,
1965, Carrier required Clerk A. B. Crisham, who held a reguk.~
clerical assignment at Luther Yard, St. Louis Terminal Division,
to vacate his regular assignment and work Ticket Clerk vacancies
at Delmar Passenger Station.
(2) Carrier violated the rules of the Schedule for Clerks
when in the absence of an available, extra or unassigned Ticket
Clerk, it declined to permit regular assigned Ticket Clerks in
the Delmar Station Ticket Office, to protect temporary vacancies
on their assigned rest days in the Ticket Office, due to vacancies.
(3) Ticket Clerk C. V. Cameron shall be compensated eight
(8) hours at punitive rate for June 9, 16 and 16, 1956, assigned
rest days of his assignment.
(4) Ticket Clerk J. Parrish shall be compensated eight (8)
hours at punitive rate June 10, 1956, assigned rest day of his assignment.
(5) Ticket Clerk Margaret Sallee shall be compensated eight
(8) hours at punitive rate June 13, 14, 20 and 21, 1956, rest days
of her assignment.
(6) Ticket Clerk W. J. B:enneberry shall be compensated
eight (8) hours at punitive rate June 22, 1966, rest day of his
assignment.
(7) Ticket Clerk L. A. Longinette shall be compensated
eight (8) hours at punitive rate June 11, 12, and 19, 1966, rest
days of his assignment.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon and upon the
whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:
That the carrier and employes involved in this dispute are respectively
carrier and employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as
approved June 21, 1934;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the
dispute involved herein;
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parts by the complainant party; and
That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of
November 17, 1959, the parties jointly advised the Secretary of the Third
Division of their desire to withdraw this case from further consideration
by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
