STATEMENT OF CLAIM: (21) (1) Claim for thirty-five (35) hours at the rate of time and one-half of the Mechanical Department Timekeeper, Mrs. E. C. Pirillo, account her work removed from her position and assigned to Mrs. Mary Jo Jarchow and Miss Lena Sonnenberg; and


(2) Claim for eighteen (18) hours at the rate of time and one-half for Miss Lena Sonnenberg and seventeen (17) hours at the rate of time and onehalf for Mrs. Mary Jo Jarchow at the rate of pay of the Mechanical Department Timekeeper account (a) performing higher-rated duties and (b) absorbing work to prevent the payment of overtime, office of Auditor of Accounts, Oelwein, Iowa, Carrier's file K-88, Organization's Case G-584.


OPINION OF BOARD: This case is the same as in Award 986 7. For the reasons stated in that award, this claim should also be dismissed.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon, and upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:


That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
