STATEMENT OF CLAIM: (28) Claim in behalf of Mr. Otto T. Munn for Wednesday and Thursday, June 10 and 11, 1953; and all subsequent Wednesdays and Thursday at the pro rata rate of his position and, further, additional half-'time for Saturday and Sunday, June 13 and 14, 195, and all subsequent Saturdays and Sundays at the rate of his position of Steno-Clerk in the Central Service Bureau, Oelwein, Iowa, on which he was required to take Wednesdays and Thursdays as his rest days and required to work on Saturdays and Sundays-Carrier's file K-82, Organization's Case G-448.
OPINION OF BOARD: TMs case is the same as in Award 9867. For the reasons stated in that award, this claim should also be dismissed.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon, and upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:
That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
