GULF, MOBILE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim of the System Committee of the
Brotherhood that:
(1) The Carrier violated the Agreement when it assigned Mr.
W. E. Lewis instead of Mr. J. A. Huddleston to relieve B&B Foreman Gephart on February 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, 1960.
(2) Mr. J. A. Huddleston now be allowed the difference between what he received as a B&B Carpenter and what he would have
received at the B&B Foreman's rate if he had properly been assigned
as such on February S, 9, 10, 11 and 12, 1960.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of July 5, 1961,
the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary
of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is
hereby granted.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
