JOINT COUNCIL DINING CAR EMPLOYEES' LOCAL 848
CHICAGO, BURLINGTON & QUINCY RAILROAD COMPANY

STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of Joint Council Dining Car Employees' Local 848 on the property of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company, for and on behalf of Waiter Joseph Bonner, Chef Cook B. Taylor, 3rd Cook L. T. Bradley, and 2nd Cook James Bell; all employes set out in original claim filed with Carrier under date of June 8, 1959 and all other employes similarly situated; that the Carrier be required to post for bid by its dining car employes all dining car work performed by employes not covered by the agreement between the parties to this dispute over the lines of Carrier on Great Northern Railroad Trains Nos. 31 and 32 and that claimants be compensated for all hours worked by Northern Pacific employes over Carrier's lines until Carrier assigns this work to claimants.




That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and


That no hearing thereon has been held, and under date of October 17, 1960, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
