PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
THE ORDER OF RAILROAD TELEGRAPHERS
READING COMPANY
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of The Order
of Railroad Telegraphers on the Reading Lines (Reading Company), that:
1. The duties and/or responsibilities of the first, second and
third trick train directors' positions at Race Street Tower, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, have been materially changed.
2. As a result of this material change in the duties and responsibilities of these three (3) positions, the rate of pay of train directors'
positions shall be increased in the amount of thirty-seven ($.37) cents
an hours, effective July 25, 1959.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
That hearing was waived and under date of October 16, 1961, the parties
jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request
is
hereby granted.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
