STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood (GL-6720) that:






OPINION OF BOARD: Claimant was charged with violation of Rule J of Carrier's Book of Rules. Elfter hearing he was found guilty as charged and was suspended for thirty (30) days.






We find: (1) Claimant vras afforded due process; (2) the findings of guilt as charged are supported by substantial evidence; and (3) the discipline assessed was reasonable. 'We, therefore, must deny the Claim.


FINDINGS: The Third :Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:




That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and

That Claimant was guilty as charged and the discipline assessed was reasonable.
