FINDINGS: The Third Divi6ion of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the disputes were certified to the Third
Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant
party; and
Under date of t'ay 12, 1972, the parties jointly
addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary
of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases
from further consideration by the Division, which request is
hereby granted.
