1. Carrier violates the Agreement between the parties when it requires and permits clerical employees, members of another class and craft to transmit messages from Bloomington, Indiana, to Palestine, Illinois, via Carrier's telephone from Bloomington of the Agreement, Rule 1.

2. Carrier shall compensate the "senior idle extra employee, telegrapher," and same to be identified by the Carrier from its records at Champaign, Illinois, for a day's pay at the rate of the Operators' position at Bloomington, Indiana, $24.384 for violation dates as follows:







OPINION OF BOARD: The issues in this case appear to be indistinguishable from
those in Claims Nos. 1, 3 and 5 of Docket TE-17250, decided
by Award 19285.

Accordingly, and for the same reasons expressed in Award 19285, these claims will be denied.





That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;



That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and

        That the Agreement was not violated.
