STATEOIT OP CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. NV-19011 and not repeated here.

        lIRDIEG8: That the Third Division of the Adjustment Hoard, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:


    The Carrier and the Employes involved in thin dispute are respectively

Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

 This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein;

 This dispute teas submitted ex parts by the complainant party and no hearing thereon has been held. Under date of September 1, 1972, the Petitioner addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
