FINDINGS: The Third Divison of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and

 Under date of July 27, 1972, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to His Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this ~;ase from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
