OPINION OF BOARD: The dispute arose when Carrier assigned other than signpl em-
ployes to install switch heaters at Siskiyou, Oregon between January 31, 1965 and February 25, 1966,

The parties, the issues and the applicable Rules are identical to those present in Award 19509, and for the reasons stated therein tile claim will bc: denied.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties
to this dispute due notice o_ hearing thereon, and upon the whole
record and all the evidence, finds and holds:
