STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in the respective dockets and
not
repeated here.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the disputes were certified to the Third Division
of the Adjustment Board ex parto by the complainant party; and
Under date of November 17, 1972, the parties jointly
addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the
Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further
consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
Cases dismissed.
