STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in the respective dockets and not repeated here.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the disautes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and

Under date of January 25, 1973, the parties ,jointly addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
