 FINDINGS: The Third Division o^ the Adjustment Hoard finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex paste by the complainant party; and

 Under respective dates of February 16, 1973 and February 20, 1973, the parties addressed separate formal communications to the Executive Secretary o Division, which requests are hereby granted.
