 FINDINGS: The Third Division o_^ the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex paxte by the complainant party; and

 Under respective dates of February 16, 1973 and February 20, 1973. the parties addressed separate formal communications to the Executive Secr the third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, which requests are hereby granted.

          Cases dismissed.
