FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

Under date of ?"arch 5, 1973 the parties addressed separate formal comrunications to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division renuestinr withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, which requests are hereby granted.
