 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and

 Under date of July 28, 1973, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, concurred in by the Carrier in letter dated August 2, 1973, which request is hereby granted. . .
