The Carrier and the Dnploye.- involved in this dispute are respectively Carricr mid Lliployes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

 This dispute was .submitted ex parte and hearing was waived. Under date of Septe=er 13, 1973 tha parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requestinj withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
