STATEMENT OF CIAIM: As shown in Docket TD-20305 and not repeated here.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier aid Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved nerein;

This dispute was submitted ex parte and hearing was waived. Under date of September 14, 1973 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case, which request is hereby granted.
