STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in the respective dockets and not repeated here.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dis_outes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

Under date of December 21, 1973s the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
