STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket f.W-20358 and net repeated here.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein;

This dispute was submitted ex parte and no hearing thereon has been held. Under date of December 17, 1973 the Petitioner addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting wi which request is hereby granted.
