Carrier Pay to its signal employes whose assignments to positions in the Signal Crew, Signal Inspector, Signal Maintainer at Savannah, Ga.) and Signalman at Macon, Ga., are concurrent with the progressing of the above-referred-to work by the contractor's forces, time equal to the number of man-hours of work performed by said contractors forces or persons not covered by Agreement with the Brotherhood of Re37road Signalmen.

MmINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board after giving the pies
to this dispute due notice of hearing _hereon and upon the whole
record and all the evidence, finds and holds:

That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein;

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjust Board ex paste by the complainant party; and

That hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of April 10, 1974, the parties Jointly addressed a formal. communication to the Secretary of the Third Division, requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.



        Claim dismissed.
