STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the General Committee of the Brother-
hood of Railroad Signalmen on the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company:
On behalf of Special Signal Maintainer J. D. Schmeling for
mileage allowance of 9c per mile for making weekend trips between his
home at Miles City, Montana, and his camp trailer headquarters at
Bowman, North Dakota, 127 miles each trip, on July 19, 23, 26, and 29,
1971, a total of 508 miles and $45.72. _

OPINION OF BOARD: The claim herein is for mileage allowance for
making weekend trips between home and a camp
trailer during the month of July, 1971.
The Board, in a thorough review of the Docket, notes that
the precise issues, arguments,contractual lanzuage and contentions
are submitted here as were submitted in Award 20286, with the sole exception that the dates of the c
Having thoroughly considered the matter in Award 20286,
the Board is of the view that its decision there controls the issues
presented in this dispute. For the reasons set forth in Award 20286,
the claim herein will be denied.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the
whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:
That the parties waived oral hearing;
That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes
the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute herein; and
That the Agreement was not violated.
