 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the
 Adjustment Board ex parte by the c0.~ ~l party; and

 That under date of June 17, 1974 the complainant party addressed a formal-communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, concurred in by the Respondent, which request is hereby granted.
