STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. TE-19619 and not
 repeated here.

 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and

 Under date of August 28, 1974r the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
