        FI1®INGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


        That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board e= parts by the complainant ply; and


        That under date of October 16, 1974 the parties jointly addressed a letter to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
