STATEMMTTS OF CLAI<4: As shown in the respective Dockets and not repeated here.

 FL'DIN'GS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex pane by the complainant party; and

 That under date of October 22, 1974 the parties jointly addressed a letter to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawn-L of these cases from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.

        Claims dismissed.
