 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 That under date of October 22, 1974 the parties jointly addressed a letter to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting xithdrara_L of these cases from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.

        Claims dismissed.
