                  STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. CL-20969 and not repeated here.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and

 Under date of February 3, 1975, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
