1. The Agreement governing hours of service and working conditions between the Railway Express A Employes, effective January 1, 1967, as amended, was violated when the REA Express denied employe J. R. Taylor, the full amount of the transfer allowance benefits properly due
2. Claimant J. R. Taylor shall now be compensated an additional $500. in keeping with the amended rule to cover expenses of moving from Cincinnati, Ohio to Chicago, Illinois to fill the position awarded to him on August 3, 1972.

OPINION OF BOARD: The Arbitration Award of Board No. 312, dated February
4, 1972 did not change Rule 12(e) of the January 1, 1967 schedule agreement. The claimant herein was not subject to that Arbitration Award. Therefore, we will deny the claim.





That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
