STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in the respective Dockets and not repeated here.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record
and all the evidence, finds that:
The Carrier and the Employes involved in these disputes are respectively
Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June
21,
1934;
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the disputes
involved herein;
These disputes were submitted ex parte and no hearings thereon have
been held. Under date of July 1,

the Petitioner addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting wi
