FINDINGS: The Third Diviaion of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of tta Adjustment Board ex parts by tho complainant party; and

 Under date of August 13, 1975, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
