STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shorn in Docket MW-20722 and not repeated here.

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein;

This dispute was submitted ex parte and no hearing thereon has been held. Under date of October 23, 1975 the Petitioner addressed a formal communication to the Secretar which request is hereby granted.
