 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and

 Under date of November 13, 1975, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Jivision, which request is hereby granted,

          Cases dismissed.
