(Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen PARTIES TO DISPUTE:


STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood of
Railroad Signalmen on the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company:

(a) On or about the following dates, 9/24/72, 9/30/72, 10/1/72, 10/2/72 and 10/11/72, the Carrier violated the current Signalmen's Agreement, particularly Rule 20 (a) and Rule 76, when Signal Maintainer, J. C. Tretow, headquartered at West Allis, Wisconsin, performed signal work on territories specifically assigned to signal employes headquartered at St. Francis and Milwaukee River.

(b) The Carrier now be required to compensate J. C. Tretow at one-half time hourly rate, for the work performed on the above-listed dates for the above violations.



OPINION OF BOARD: The decision in this case is controlled by the following
N denial awards of this Division on the same issue: Awards 20630, 20746, 20796, 20797, 20802 and 20811.





That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
