OPINION OF HOARD: This dispute concerns aae3Boment to other then
signal employes to construct and install a meter
loop as part of a highway flasher installation, and m asserted violation
of the Scope Rule.

Our review of the record indicates to us that the same basic issues were raised sad disposed of by our recent Awards 20532 sad 20708 concerning these same parties. We have considered the organization's response to Award 20532 an contained is its Rebuttal Statement, but we find no basis for disturbing our prior Awards,

For reasons stated is Awards 20532 and 20708 we x111 dismiss



That the parties waived oral hearing;

That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier sari Employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and



        That the Clain be dismissed.
