furnish vacation relief rocker an the Reedsburg, Win. signal maintenance
territory while the regular assigned Reedsburg maintainer, W. Bay Deakin,
was on vacation five days, Nay 21, thrn Nay 25, 1973.
(b) Carrier should now be required to compensate Mr. Krueger at the
punitive rate of pay, in addition to what he has already received, for the
tile he spent an the Reedsburg territory daring thin rind.

previously been considered by this Hoard and the contentions of Petitioner

FMIIf08: The Third Division of the Adjustment Hoard, upon the whole
record and a71 the evidence, finds and holds:
That the parties waived oral hearing;
That the Carrier and the Eeiployes involved in this dispute
are respectively Carrier and Employee within the meaning of the Railway
Labor Act, as approved JSme 21, 1934;
That this Division of the Adjustmat Board has jurisdiction
over the dispute involved herein; and
That the Agreement was not violated.
