                FINDINGS: The Thud Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


That the-disputes were certified.to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under date of October 4, 1976, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, Mich request is hereby granted.
