STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claims of the General Committee of the Brotherhood of
Railroad Signalmen on the Central of Georgia Railway Company:



On behalf of R. H. Varner, Traveling Signal Maintainer, for pay for five hours at the overtime rate account being denied overtime when he was required to work off his assigned territory on November 14, 1974 this to be in addition to any pay he has received or due him for this call.



On behalf of J. J. Andrews, Traveling Signal Maintainer, for pay for three hours at the overtime rate account being denied overtime when he was required to work off his assigned territory on May 1, 1975, this to be in addition to any pay he has received or due him for this call.

OPINION OF BOARD: The factual situation and the claims in this case are
essentially the same as those in Award No. 1554,3 (Dorsey) decided by the Board on the 5th day of May 1967. There has been no change in the pertinent provisions of the Agreement since that time and we are fully ip accord with the reasoning and result of the decision.







That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and







        Claim denied.
