STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in the respective Dockets and not, repeated herein.

 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex pane by the complainant party; and

 That under date of March 11, 1977 the parties jointly addressed a communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.

        Cases dismissed.
